DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday\, January 31st\, for a special Bernese Mountain Dog gathering at the annual Saint Paul Winter Carnival! Not only is it a great opportunity to connect with fellow club members\, but it’s an amazing opportunity for us to share this wonderful breed with others. \nIt won’t be hard to spot the Berners\, but you can find us at 11 am in Rice Park\, next to the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts. \nThe Saint Paul Winter Carnival\,  is free to all\, and you can learn all about the planned activities on the Winter Carnival Website. \nWe hope to see you there! \n \n  \n~ 140th Winter Carnival ~\nThe Saint Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation’s 137th Saint Paul Winter Carnival will run for 10 days – all day on weekends and evenings during the week. From January 22\, through February 1\, 2026\, the festival will attract 100\,000+ people from Saint Paul and beyond to celebrate winter in Minnesota. Landmark Center\, located in the heart of downtown Saint Paul\, the Minnesota State Fairgrounds\, and businesses throughout the city will be venues for event festivities\, which include ice carving competitions\, family-friendly artistic and educational activities\, and much more! \nThe festival has expanded each year to provide new programming that reflects changing demographics of the community. DESCRIPTION:Join us for two days as local and out-of-state draft teams compete to earn titles. \nSaturday\, October 21st\, will include an all-member meeting with recommendations from the nomination committee for upcoming open board positions and a potluck. Bring something to share if you want. We will also sell tickets for raffle baskets to support club activities and draw winners on Saturday afternoon. More of a basket maker than a basket bidder? Bring a basket of your own making\, and we will enter it into the raffle! \nSunday\, October 22nd\, is the draft test. If you can open an umbrella or ring a cowbell\, we’d love to get your help for a few hours!
